After you receive your order, you can request a return shipping label and send all of your clean and empty containers back to us!* We will inspect, sanitize and refill them on-site for the next customer which helps us keep the system closed-loop and further our mission of utilizing collective action to fight climate change.
Simply click the link below to fill out our inquiry form. We ask that you have a minimum of 4 empty vessels to send back prior to requesting a label. Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email. Just print, pack, and send it off! We kindly ask that all jars are washed before returning. Peanut Butter Jar sticker labels can stay on the jar and are dishwasher safe! Still have the twine and info tag from the other jars? We will take those back, too!
