Mexican Light Roast - Clean and sweet, easy to drink, with praline, toffee and lemon flavors coupled with a soft citric acidity. The 51 women coffee farmers of the Triunfo Verde Co-op who bring you this cup have come together to address some of the issues that affect women farmers in Mexico. With their initiative, FinMujer (Financing of the Coffee Woman), these women coffee producers aim to distribute funds for farm renovation, home improvements, the establishment of savings funds, and more.

Peruvian Medium - Smooth and rich with ripe fruit flavors, round caramel apple like body and a sweet, clean finish. Lima coffee is a small Fair Trade cooperative (400 members) led by quality-obsessed Rony Lavan, who has carved out a career helping small family farms produce better, bolder coffees.

Nicaraguan Dark - Sultry, bold dark roast tones with notes of chocolate craft roasted to leave just enough traditional Nicaraguan flavors of bright apricot, fig, and spice. Nicaragua FTO SEGOVIA is sourced from family-owned farms organized around Promotora de Desarrollo Cooperativo de Las Segovias (PRODECOOP), an umbrella cooperative which provides producers with financing, training, and technical assistance to improve coffee quality. PRODECOOP also strives to improve the quality of life for coffee producers and their families through projects promoting income diversification and education.

Decaf - Full-bodied and sweet with notes of chocolate and apricot create the perfect decaf cup: genuine coffee flavor without the caffeine. Made with the decaffeination water process.

Espresso - Dark enough to develop syrupy semisweet chocolate toned body, yet light enough for citrus and floral notes to shine through with a thick, luxurious crema. Perfect solo, or in your favorite latte or cappuccino. All beans are organic, fair trade, and kosher.
