Join Tare Market on April 19th, 2025 from 12 - 4 pm for a Clothing Swap supported by LUUM Collective. Breathe new life into your pre-loved clothes and snag some hidden gems!

Here’s what’s in store at this event:

How to Swap:

Bring up to 15 new or gently-loved clothing or accessory items, to exchange for a new-to-you item. See below for a list of accepted & not accepted items. **These items must be in good condition, clean, and will be vetted for quality before entering swap. No item donation is necessary to shop the swap!
You can drop your items off April 14th-18th at Tare Market Northeast (945 Broadway Street NE) or April 19th 11-11:45am. Dropping off ahead of time will help decrease your wait time - instead of waiting to "check in" at the event you can start swapping right away! OR Arrive at your designated ticket time and check in with a volunteer. They will show you where to hang your items and vet them for quality.
Take as many items as you know you will use. Bring your own bag to take home your new items!

Women's, men's, and kids clothing
Accessories like purses, belts, scarves, headwear & more
Lightly worn shoes
Seasonally appropriate items preferred

NOT ACCEPTED ITEMS

Undergarments and socks
Promotional t-shirts
Linens, towels and sheets Items with rips, stains, faded, or stretched out
All unclaimed items at the end of the event will be donated to SACA Food Shelf & Thrift Store.

TICKETS

We are so grateful for the continued enthusiasm and support for the Clothing Swap. Since we first started hosting this event, it has grown immensely in popularity, which has been wonderful to see. However, as the event has expanded, it now requires a significant amount of time and resources from our Tare Market staff, along with additional outside help to ensure everything runs smoothly.

As a result, we find it necessary to introduce a small fee for participation moving forward. This change will help us maintain the quality of the event and continue offering it to the community in a sustainable way.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support, and we’re excited to keep providing these events with the same level of care and dedication.
